About Our Patron

The patron of our Homeschool Association is St. Joseph, foster father of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. As a father to Jesus while on earth he took care of his family, taught Jesus the carpenter trade, and led his family in the practice of their Jewish faith.

St. Joseph is the patron of the Universal Church, fathers, workers, immigrants, unborn children, and much, much more. He is a powerful intercessor and has feast days on March 19 and May 1.
